Jeff Higgins is Director of Social Media at Bloomerang Solutions. He's lived most of his life in Florida, much of it near Anna Maria (though he did spend some time in Philadelphia). His active social presence is hard to miss as he's one of the most engaging persons I've had the opportunity to meet thanks to social media.
