Episode description

In this podcast episode Eli and I talk about: 1. How we all are sucked into the culture of being busy all the time and how much we love our todo lists 2. If we do not have a to do list we are not productive 3. How much we love multitasking and actually consider multitasking to be productive 4. We context switch on auto-pilot and do not realize the cognitive load it takes  5. We love being distracted and being online 24*7 or social media doesn't help at all 6. Gogogo mentality + Hustle culture + working 16*7 only leads to Burnout 7. How a lot of us constantly feel that we are never enough and we did not do enough 8. Reasons we end up with monstrous todo list and are stuck being obsessed with striking items off our todo lists 9. For an increasing number of people including us, it is a tragic incident that forces us to take a pause and evaluate our life choices You can reach out to us by emailing us at theintentionalminimalistickiwi@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @wholeheartedliving_camy.
