Mary Mallon, more commonly known as "Typhoid Mary" was an Irish-born cook to the New York elite, and the first known asymptomatic carrier (or super spreader) of a contagious disease, like typhoid fever. But was Mary an innocent woman, unwittingly spreading disease, or was she knowingly causing outbreaks?
