On this week’s episode of the Who Are You podcast I sat down with Sheryl Johnson, founder of Heart 4 Minds.  We talked about the unfortunate loss of her son at a young age due to mental health struggles and how that made her want to create her non-profit, what are some telling signs to look out for in people who could be struggling with depression, the stigma on men talking about their feelings and finally about what her non-profit does to help people who are struggling with their mental health. I talk a lot about mental health on this show, if you feel like you are struggling, go talk to someone you trust and don’t keep it in. I wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t start talking about my problems.
