🤼♀️ 🇨🇮 Rosa Walsh is the youngest Irish female BJJ Black Belt Ever! She is also Ffion Davies first ever black belt, and the first and only female black belt from Cork, Ireland.
She is The Pan American Nogi Champion, ADCC Open Champion, European Nogi Champion, Grapplefest Champion, WNO and Polaris Champion.
She is also the first ever Irish person to compete on Grapplefest, WNO and Polaris!
Rosa joined me for a smash and grab podcast after an awesome seminar at The JiuJitsu Sanctuary in Chelmsford on her way to the Airport to fly home to Cork.
She chatted about competing, Womens BJJ, her upcoming Seminar tour, Ffion Davies, Connor McGregor and Gordon Ryan as well as life off the Mats.
