The Show
Greg Wilgar-Jones joined me on the show this week to talk BJJ and Coffee, so of course I brought along Whitebasement's resident Badass Barista Gosiaconda to make sure I didn't sound too stupid on the coffee front!
Greg Started Heelhook Coffee in May of this year (2023) after identifying a gap in the market and looking for a small business he could start to support the BJJ community.
Heelhook currently stocks 4 different coffee's and can supply beans or pre ground bags, we did a 'cupping' tasting session and after slurping the coffee's like a pro, I can confirm that, to my pallet at least they were all delicious! Gregs offerings also got the nod of approval from Gosiaconda which is high praise indeed!
