Gemma covers the tragic story of murderer Lisa Montgomery and Holly talks about a truly monstrous employer and sadomasochist John Edward Robinson. Holly can't read her own writing and makes some uneducated guesses trying to figure out a state, Gemma struggles with her decision this week vocally and mentally, and Cleo makes another disruptive appearance.
