This week on Where Parents Talk radio on 105.9 The Region, host Lianne Castelino speaks to Dr. Viorica Marian, a cognitive scientist, leading global researcher in the field of bilingualism and multilingualism, Endowed Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders, and professor of psychology at Northwestern University. Her research focuses on how language operates in the brain. She is a psycholinguist, and author and a mom. Her latest book is called: The Power of Language: How the Codes We Use to Think, Speak, and Live Transform Our Minds.
