KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN: Jayme Bryant told his friends, and his mother, that he was heading to the hospital on June 29, 2013 for a follow-up appointment.
He was supposed to call his mother afterward, but she never got a call. But Jayme was an adult, he was 25 years old, and he would call her when he could.
Two weeks later a friend of Jayme's reached out to his family to see how he was doing, but they had no idea they hadn't seen him. They soon realized that his roomates and his friends hadn't heard from him either.
Jayme Vaughn Bryant had disappeared.
