Mom of four, Norah, has worked for her family’s nonprofit her entire career. It’s a small mission-driven nonprofit and since Norah grew up with the organization she has wore a lot of different hats. She’s worked across different functions, is constantly putting out fires, and in her words “as done it all!”

As you can imagine, the grocery bill for a family of 6 is pretty high though, and as her kids get older and Norah and her husband are mapping out college savings, Norah has found that it’s time to step away from her family business into an industry with more earning potential. But what does that look like?

Join Becca and Marie to talk about Norah’s career criteria and how those criteria helped her to identify an industry, company, and role that was perfect for her.
