Episode description
Night after night, Stevie puts her 4 year old to bed and then sits down on the couch to watch TV and scroll LinkedIn. She’s been thinking about finding a new job for the past few years now and would like to move out of finance but this endless scroll is not working.
Stevie has always had strong quantitative skills and she doesn’t mind her job as a Controller for a medium sized business, but her company is fully in-person and management is not very family-friendly. She “grew up” within this company though and is struggling to think about what else should be qualified for if she wasn’t a Controller at this company anymore.
