After graduating college in 2010, Amanda landed a sales job with a food packaging company. She never saw herself building a career in sales, but it turns out she was good at it and the commission based pay structure made her feel tied to the function year after year. The golden handcuff feeling is real!

Now, 14 years into her career in sales Amanda is feeling torn. Sales is the path she knows and she could find another job at another company, but it’s no longer fulfilling or motivating. She has worries about staying, she has worries about leaving. Everywhere she turns - more worries!
