Episode description
Madeline is a mom of two living in Michigan with her two kids and husband. She’s been in management consulting at a large firm since graduating from business school fifteen years ago, and while she loved the work at first it has taken a toll. The travel is too much for how she wants to live her life with two young children and she wants to find more balance.
The problem? Money. Madeline has been paid very well for her work and feels certain that if she were to leave her current job she couldn’t make enough money to support her family’s needs. How can she take care of herself and her family, while also taking care of herself and her family?
