High Achieving Impostor Syndrome: Isla’s Story

Isla is an HR manager in pharmaceuticals and she has been very successful. She has moved from individual contributor to manager roles, but even though she was recommended to apply to a Director role she is feeling very tentative about applying. She doesn’t want to be “found out,” “get the hook,” or “look silly.” She doesn’t know if she deserves it.
