She’s an extrovert with a capital E and as a mom of three kids she loves nothing more than welcoming new families to the community, standing up in front of a crowd, and mingling at work events.
Emma’s great at her job in HR specializing in new employee onboarding, and going into the office every day works for her and her personality. At the same time, Emma is struggling with the commute and the time away from her kids. She feels like she is doing work that aligns with her interests, but it doesn’t align with her life.
