Meg is managing some major FOMO as a working parent. She likes parts of her work in higher education, and having two paychecks is helpful for her family. However, as she looks around and hears about other parents volunteering in their kids’ classrooms or coaching soccer in the afternoon she is feeling frustrated. Meg wants that too!

One idea Meg has been kicking around is working part-time instead of full-time at the local university. She’s wondering if this arrangement will help her meet the need of having more time with her twin 7 year olds and still be fulfilling. Not to mention the money question!

Join Becca and Marie to talk about proposing a part-time job, seeking out part-time jobs, and if part-time is the right fit for Meg and her family.
