Taylor’s three kids are back to school, with two in elementary school and one starting her first year in middle school. It’s a season of change for the whole family and Taylor is starting to wonder if it could be her turn to make a change next.

Taylor’s been with the same manufacturing company for 8 years doing marketing and events and it’s a pretty solid role in many ways. She doesn’t love it though and feels torn. Should she make a change right now, and what would that change even be?
