This is, what I still believe to be an awesome conversation with Dr. Hanisha Patel, ND, who is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of the brand Mahan Health. It was her own journey in dealing with health issues that lead her to now focusing on gut health, Integrative Fertility, Pregnancy &  Postpartum Care & lots more, helping tons find their great, or "mahan" health of their own! 

This episode is filled with not only Hanisha's story, but many gems of knowledge dropped all throughout it when it comes to things like holistic health lifestyles, being a Naturopathic Doctor, what having a "positive mindset" does and does not mean, breaking down how we speak to ourselves and why that matters & just tons more quality stuff that I wanted to shine the spotlight back on a couple years after this originally aired!
