Shaena Rabbani is a Columbus based Comedian and writer, and this week brings a wonderful story of growth, self-esteem and finding herself to the show! In this episode as Shaena shares her journey of self discovery, we talk a lot about personal growth, owning who we are, getting past living only for other people, and how it took her years into adulthood to see where this all spawned from and how to resolve it. We also cover how growing up she did not watch TV, therefor had never seen stand up comedy until AFTER she found herself doing it on stage because it sounded fun!
