Episode 9. A Woman's Journey with Birth Control w/ Jen

For this conversation, I was joined by Jen who is a police officer and has been on a journey of awakening, both to her own nature as a woman and a spiritual being. We talk about her journey with her menstrual cycle, the pill and how the internet and what she was learning in her health coaching certification program opened her eyes to what was happening below the surface with her body. We then spend some time diving into what it is like to be a woman in the police force and how old systems that we've relied on are being challenged as the consciousness of our planet is rising.
