One Year On - Episode 6

Hello angels please be warned that this episode talks about suicide and my previous experience with suicidal thoughts. It is one year in since I was in hospital fighting a bad episode of depression and suicidal thoughts. I am telling my story to show that it does get better and with the hope of helping someone else.
