Phone Call from a Friend: Rico Costantino & Angelo

Serendipitous occasion happen when least expected. In preparing for my upcoming interview with Rico Costantino, I made a phone call to square up the usual details; Time, Day etc...you know.
We spoke about everything including health, diet, nutrition and Rico being sick of being Sick! It's funny though, during this conversation, at one point (and you'll hear it) Rico says, "this call should be recorded, it would make a great podcast." Well, Guess What? My phone has an automatic call record feature and the entire phone call was indeed Recorded, with Rico's permission, I might add! 
Rico will indeed appear on this Podcast, he's looking forward to it. I thought however you might enjoy this amazing exchange between a couple of "the boys" catching up! Psychic Angelo
