Eddy worked in the spotlight as a professional sports figure for many years first as a professional baseball player, then as one of the top ten professional wrestlers worldwide. Eddy held that prestigious position for ten years before endeavoring to pursue a career in television. A move to New York enabled him to do what he enjoys doing best - produce television programming.

As an Emmy-award winning producer and well-seasoned veteran of television, Eddy's credits both in front of the camera and behind are impressive. He appeared in numerous national television commercials for Prudential, Tire Kingdom, Continental Tire Company and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (with the late Wolfman Jack), to name a few.
