Today on What's My Frame? I'm joined by Weeble Mountain founder and head casting director Rachel Mossey. I'm constantly working to connect with creatives actively working to move the needle in our industry along with illuminating their work. As soon as I found Weeble Mountains' site and began to read their mission statement and how representation matters to them, I knew Rachel's voice was one I wanted to share on the show. Today Rachel opens up about past experiences casting and creating opportunities for artists within the LGBTQ+ community along with those who are differently abled. Rachel also shares insight into "real people casting", the evolving Portland market and advice for those wanting to work more in the fitness / adventure commercial world.
