Julie shares her career origin including time spent with Juliet Taylor and Ellen Lewis true casting legends. After an extensive apprenticeship with Juliet and Ellen, Julie began her career as a Casting Director. Some of her most notable credits include award winning series HOUSE OF CASRDS, UNDER THE BRIDGE, THE DIPLOMAT, DAREDEVIL, & MINDHUNTER to name only a few.
Julie shares her keen eye for authenticity with us and how she shapes an audition based on what's on the page and the actor's energy. She explains why education and continued education are key.
