Today on What's My Frame I'm joined by casting director and screenwriter Aaron Schoonover.

Aaron started his career in background performer casting, a side of casting we don't often hear about but one that's integral to creating our world on set.

We cover the different chapters, twists and turns that shaped Aaron into the casting director he is today. Working on projects like Severance, The Tender Bar & Teenage Bounty Hunters. Aaron approaches casting as a multifaceted creative process; taking into account the numerous puzzle pieces like producing and directing all while advocating for the actors.
