What is Truth Catholic Podcast - Episode 172

In Episode 172 of the What is Truth Catholic Podcast, we will first discuss our “Saint of the Week”, St. Scholastica who dedicated her life to Christ by founding a religious community as did her famous brother.  We will hear a homily for the 5th Sunday of Ordinary Time about Jesus call to St. Peter.  In the segment “Catholics in the News”, we will hear about a deacon who serves 8 Masses a week.  In our segment, “Truth in the Media”, we will learn about a new book that helps to teach the faith.  In the segment entitled “I Don’t Get It”, I will attempt to understand a new bill proposed to assist tourists in New Mexico.  Finally, during our Truth Topic of the Week, we will hear the truth from Pope Francis about the upcoming sex abuse summit.
