We provide a range of services that support people with learning difficulties and autism to realise their full potential and change their lives for the better. Our services focus on supporting people into employment, training, transition and volunteering. We also offer a family service to support new and expectant parents with a learning difficulty or autism.
Our participants
The people we support have barriers to employment and learning, including all levels of learning difficulty and learning disability, autism and Autistic Spectrum Condition. They help us shape our work to meet their needs and keep us focused on making a difference.
Their futures
We prepare people with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their future. We provide quality, accredited training which helps our clients to prepare for independence and the world of work. We provide them with the support they need to identify their unique career path, find the job they want and keep it."
