In nineteen seventy two, I was sitting outside my mother in law's house in the country on a hot August night, trying to catch a cool breeze. Not everyone had air conditioning back then. Several of my husband's family members were sitting out there with me, also trying to escape the heat of the summer, when something appeared in the sky above us that made us all look up.

It was a circular disk covering above the treetops at the top of the hill, and although we could only see the bottom of it, there was a row of different colored blinking lights all around that part that we could see. I felt drawn to go up to the top of the hill to get a better look, and I walked up and, still carrying my son,

and I stood there directly under it for several minutes. I couldn't take my eyes off of it, and at the bottom of the hill, my mother in law was calling for me in terror to get back down there to them. Realizing that I might be putting my son in danger, I backed away, and as soon as I did, it shot straight up and disappeared with incredible speed. At that point we all went inside to see if there was anything on TV about it, and the newsman was announcing that anyone who saw

something strange in the sky shouldn't be worried. It was just a weather balloon gone astray, he said, a weather balloon with lights all around it, and that can move at unbelievably high rates of speed. Yeah right. I carried that memory with me all the way up until twenty and fifteen. At that time, I was working at a store and had punched out at ten fifteen pm. My grandson Josh was with me and we were driving home when a bright blue craft floated out above the trees. It was close enough that

we could even see windows on it. I wish we'd thought to pull over and get some pictures of it, but in hindsight, as they say, it's twenty twenty. Over the next two years, we witnessed two more separate events. In twenty sixteen, a spherical object appeared and ascended near our local airport, and at that time my husband saw a similar object on his way to work. And then in twenty seventeen, we were walking down the road from my house and we looked up to see three cigar shaped crafts all in

a row above us, and one by one. They each ascended with lightning speed. Just like that, they were gone. Now, these things were not balloons. They had capabilities that weather balloons don't have, and weather balloons don't have flashing lights on them. I'm sure of it. When they started appearing to our Air Force during World War II, they called them the Foo Fighters. I'm sure that some things have reasonable explanations, but not the craft

that was directly over my head. That I can describe, but I cannot explain it. In nineteen ninety three, I bought an eight and a half acre property with a four bedroom home in Rice, Texas. It was originally part of the estate of a man named Clyde who died several years earlier. Neither his widow nor any of his children wanted the property. Almost immediately after

moving in, strange things began to happen. One evening, I was standing at the sink washing dishes, and a butcher knife slid across the counter toward the sint from eight feet away. Well. I jumped back and pulled my hands away just as the knife fell into the soapy water. There was no one in the kitchen but me. My son and daughter were in their rooms doing their homework and my wife was watching TV in the living room. I went into the living room and asked my wife to come out to the kitchen.

After I told her what happened. Neither of a us could understand how the knife could have been propelled all that way down the counter into the sink, and it gave us both goosebumps. A few weeks later, my daughter was sitting at the dining room table and I was standing at the island in the kitchen when a measuring cup came flying out of the laundry room and it flew across the room and hit the cabinets on the other side of the kitchen. Well, we were both startled. What the crap is that? My

daughter yelled, Well, I walked over and picked up the cup. It was made of plastic, so it didn't shudder, but it did get a crack in it. No one was in the laundry room at that time. That incident also left us scratching our heads about what was going on in that house. The third event happened a couple of months later. My wife and daughter had gone into town to do some shopping, leaving my son and me

at home. I had two hundred and fifty rabbits under roof, and I was cleaning the barn and doing chores, checking the rabbits for sore ht, checking the water flow in the cages and such. My son was cleaning out another barn on the other side of the property where our sheets and goats lived. I finished up before my son did, and I headed for the house to get a glass of iced tea. And I saw him still working at the other barn, so I went inside and took off my boots. That's

essential one coming in from the barns. I fixed my tea and I sat down in my recliner in the living room. After ten minutes, I heard the sound of boots walking across the kitchen toward the living room where I was sitting. Well. I hollered out that he needed to get those boots off in the house, but there was no reply. So I set it again, and still I got silence. The boots turned and headed down the hallway toward the bedroom, and I got out of the chair and walked to the

hallway, but no one was there. I checked each bedroom in both bathrooms, there was no one. When I came back to the kitchen, I looked out through the window. My son was still out working in the barn. That was when I had had enough, so I yelled out, Clyde. If that's you and you're the one doing these things, you need to stop. I know you love this house that you built, but you can see we're taking care of it just as you would have, so stop scaring

my wife and kids. And I don't care if you want to hang around, but just watch and don't try to hurt anyone. For a long time, all the antics stopped until one afternoon we had an insurance agent over. As we sat in the living room talking, my daughter mentioned something about our house ghost. The agent started mocking the existence of ghosts. All of a sudden, a glass candy dish full of candy was pushed off the coffee table and it landed at the agent's feet. The guy's face turned every shade of

pink and then bright red and back to white. He didn't say goodbye or thanks for letting me stop by. He didn't say anything. He picked up his briefcase and ran to the front door, and he jumped in his car and took off like he had just gotten a green light on a dragstrip. We couldn't stop ourselves from laughing, and I said, good job, Clyde. And after that Clyde didn't make himself known much, but once in a while someone would feel his presence. But the antics stopped
