At the end of the day, do you ever ask yourself the question "What did I do with my day?" I do! So I am going to record and reflect my daily journey in this podcast and also invite guests to tell me what they did with their day. Part daily journal, part mindful reflection, part adventure, part fun but definitely, totally a way to remind myself to make the most of every day! Join me on this journey and I hope to hear about your day too!

Join me for a quick trip to everyone's favorite place the DMV! Also let's see what the locals think of how serious a potential quarantine for all could be.

In my first podcast ever I talk a bit about why I am podcasting, how I am learning as I go on how to podcast, what kind of coffee I drank and of course What Did I Do With My Day?
