Episode description
Erin Eberhart Chapman joins Mike and Derek in the studio to talk about life in Denmark as an entrepreneur, mother, and wife. She explains why she moved to Copenhagen, relocated to Los Angeles, and why it was her (and not her Danish husband) who wanted to move back to Denmark. Along the way Erin and Mike judge Derek’s unorthodox business ideas, the trio discuss things non-Danes do that seem weird to Danes, and Erin explains how opening the American Pie Company in Denmark quelled her homesickness.
