In this episode, we interview Coach Steve Campbell. Coach Campbell is a Coastal Bend Coaches Association, Hall of Fame coach with 38 years of experience. He has served most of his career as the Defensive Coordinator for Calallen High School. Coach Campbell and his long-time Head Coach, Phil Danaher, created and continue to lead, a football dynasty at Calallen High School. In the last 3 decades, accolades include 36 years of continuous playoff appearances, multiple District and Regional Championships, two time State Final contender, and a host of Coach of the Year awards.This interview is filled with leadership principles, life lessons, and fundamental behaviors necessary to create an organization of sustained excellence.Please enjoy this installment of our "Coaches Series."
