In round one we face the Melbourne Storm, a team that has not only been one of the best sides in the competition for the past decade but also hasn't been beaten in round one in 20 years! On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast Eddie Otto, Garry Watson, and Steve Stretton take a look at the Wests Tigers team selected to face Melbourne. The boys also try to work out whether this was actually a good time to face the Storm (even with their traditionally strong round one form). There's also a little contract news around at the moment - primarily the future of young half Jock Madden. We discuss the pros and cons of letting Jock find a new home. In part two there's an interesting discussion around the role of Wests Tigers fans and whether what we do is sometimes a positive or a negative to the team. Eddie's quiz is back too and the boys give their tips for the first round of NRL action in 2022.
