The Mayor of the former Leichhardt Council, Darcy tells us why the project in those initial stages didn't proceed and now, as the Mayor of the merged Ashfield, Leichhardt, and Marrickville councils, updates us on more recent progress. He also brings us info on another hurdle possibly facing the famous Victoria Road site - the potential forced acquisition by the state government for the construction of new Harbour Tunnel.
