Rebecca has 25+ years of Instructing, now the sole owner of Technical Large Animal Emergency Rescue, Inc. - all aspects of Large Animal Disaster and Emergency Preparedness; 28 years of Military Experience including active duty mobilizations (Ft. Bragg) and combat deployments (Iraq & Kuwait); 22 years freelance writing experience; 20 years management and corporate experience running small businesses (Equine/Bovine Ltd. and TLAER, Inc.); completing my Georgia Certificate of Emergency Management. Here the goal is to expand the TLAER, Inc. training system to a curriculum for the state Fire Academies. In 2017 the Standards for the Animal Rescue Technical portion of NFPA 1670, and NFPA 1006 were synchronized. I have aligned my courses at Awareness, Operations and Technical levels of focus depending on the education level of the participants attending.
