Episode description

In this episode I chat with Author and Therapist Romi Grossberg about emotional intelligence in relationships (including friendships, intimate, work, family, parent-child, etc.
We discuss:
-How the way we communicate and our level of self awareness are both key for healthy relationships and overall wellbeing.
-Arguments: what leads to them, what happens to us both physically and psychologically during an argument and tips to avoid them both starting or escalating
-Self awareness - what is it, stages and tips to develop it
-Tools for self enquiry and letting go of patterns and stories that are getting in the way of connection in our relationships
and more.
