WELCOME! As our lives have become unpredictable and chaotic due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is SO important that we try and stay grounded and take care of ourselves. Please take this time to nourish yourself - there's nothing that a few, deep breaths can't make better. For those who don't know me, my name is Sherri and I am a Yin yoga teacher in VA.
