#14 | Let’s reflect back on 2023

Isn’t it crazy we are about to enter the last quarter of the year? I want to ensure we all have an effective attitude to leave 2023 feeling fulfilled, proud of ourselves and acknowledging all our wins over the course of the year big and small. I know it can feel overwhelming when you’re like what did I do this year, what did I do this last quarter. Just as important as acknowledging your accomplishments, is checking in what you are proud of yourself for. So let’s get that paper and pen ready to note down your journaling in response to some journal prompts.
