Episode description

Dr. Jeanette welcomes Craig Caudill to discuss ticks, the good, bad and ugly of the pesky pest.  Craig is the Director of Nature Reliance School and Author of Extreme Wilderness Survival, he eats, breathes and sleeps the outdoors.  He will be sharing his experience with having massive numbers of ticks on himself and his family, what to do, what not to do when this happens; also he will share what methods you should be aware of to lessen your interaction with the tick.  Having a tick on you does not mean you are bitten with Lyme disease and have complications.  Craig has been in the outdoors, teaches others how to survive in the woods and takes his family outdoors all the time.  He is healthy and he shares how to start the process of reducing the fear of the outdoors and getting out to reduce any stress.

"Remember you are in the home of the wilderness when you go outside, so take care of living among nature to protect yourself." Dr. Jeanette
