The more I travel the challenges I’ve been given, the more I understand the power of choice and flexibility.
When it feels like nothing is within our control (very little is) we do still have some power when it comes to choosing our response, feeling our emotions, and deciding on what’s next. There is always a choice even when there seems like we are boxed into a corner.
In this episode, I invite you to think about opportunities within the challenges, to pay attention to your intuition, to choose to move forward (instead of remaining stuck). I’ll share a personal conversation and some tips that help as well.
