From the moment she was born in 2008, my daughter Giselle (Gigi) has been to over 100 doctors and specialists, as she came into the world with a variety of issues. From a cleft palate, to alopecia, to developmental delay - my daughter has had quite a journey!
In this episode, I share Gigi's health journey (with her permission) beginning at birth all the way up to 10 years old. What we learned, what we went through, and the twists and turns on the windy road as we tried to navigate the true root issue that drove all of Gigi's challenges.
You'll be amazed and probably shocked to hear what it actually was and find out about a rare seizure disorder that presents as "laughing" for the main symptom.
