What you chose to consume is 100% up to you, as long as it fits within your calories you will definitely see results. But whats also important to remember is that what you consume is a reflection upon your energy levels. Too much fried food, sweats and pastries may not give you the energising afternoon that you so desperately need to finish a day at work, even if it does fit within your calories.  Now I am not saying these foods are a no no, because I love a good plate of fried chicken or chocolate treat from time to time, what I am encouraging you to do however is find a healthy balance with it all so you are giving your body the energy it needs to thrive!
