Protein is one of the harder macro nutrients to be consistent with and that is why I will get my clients to focus on protein consumption vs carbs and fats, if you can focus on the protein then usually the carbs and fats will start to fall into place! Today's Tuesday Tip is how you can increase more protein into your day so you feel satisfied for longer and to make sure that you are getting enough for what your body needs!
