Episode description

Today on the podcast Art and Matilda are talking to Sarah Wilson.

Sarah is a New York Times and Amazon bestselling author, as well as being a pioneering and compassionate entrepreneur and philanthropist. She was at the forefront of the ‘I Quit Sugar’ movement supporting millions around the globe to ditch the white stuff, creating an empire in the process. Sarah is now on the front line of our waste issue. Waving the sustainability flag and, in true Sarah style, giving others the tools they need to follow her lead.

She sat down to share her wisdom on all things health, wellbeing and waste.  Lets just say this lady has a wealth of knowledge and you are in for a treat.
