Noel Josephson

Noel Josephson is one of the original founders and current CEO of kiwi organic food brand, Ceres Organics. The company has been at the forefront of the organics industry for close to 40 years, and they now offer organic products to cover virtually all your pantry needs. Noel’s original vision to heal the world continues to guide the company in making the best decisions possible for the planet and its people, with their mission ‘to create a healthier world by bringing together a community of people united in their will to bring organics into everyday life’.

Noel chats to Art and Matilda about organics and what it means to go organic.  He offers’ some valuable insight into why soil health is crucial to the wellbeing of the planet and human survival and why we, as a society, should be moving towards organic/biodynamic farming.
