Episode description

Nic Gill is a professional strength and conditioning coach and an associate professor in human performance. He’s best known for his work in the rugby world – he’s got 18 years under his belt, with the last 11 years spent as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the All Blacks. In addition to helping individuals and teams strive towards high performance, Nic is a lifestyle and fitness coach for a number of international corporate organisations and individuals who take their own health, fitness, well-being and performance seriously. And most recently, he became an author after releasing his new book, Health Your Self: The one-stop handbook to a healthier, more energetic you. It serves up advice, recipes and health hacks – a total win!

Art and Matilda sat down to chat with Nic about his incredible career with the boys in black, how to manage jetlag and his weekend warriors. They also delve into the ins and outs of his new book… which is a must buy!
