Episode description

If you're a product-based business, then you know that scaling can be a bit tricky. You may have hit a point where you're maxed out on your current resources and don't know how to take your business to the next level. That's where Lalese Stamps comes in. In this episode, Lalese shares a scalable solution that will help your business grow without risking quality or customer satisfaction.

Tune in to this episode and learn more about how to build a product-based company and how to scale a product-based company.

Highlights:

06:22 – Authenticity is really important because I really care very little for what people think about me as a person. There’s a layer of people wanting to purchase your product, which is the hard part between business and creativity.

09:39 – The way that I’m getting through it now is just taking it day by day. I used to be such a planner. I used to plan ahead a lot of months in advance but now I`m at a stage where I`m just taking it day by day and creating little lists for myself that are manageable and I can actually maintain.

18:15 – I reached the point where I had to put my foot down and say no longer. We just need to work smarter, not harder.

36:22 – My biggest insight is that no matter what you do, you have to do it with good intentions, you have to really put yourself out there and be kind no matter what the circumstances are.
