3 months into the year 2021 and we are still trying to adapt to our “new normal” as well as recover from the major series of events from last year. In this introduction episode, I would like to discuss a bit of why I started my own podcast, a look back into 2020, and also how we could plan for our own future. Instead of goals, I explain an alternative method that has been working out for me (well, sometimes lol) and what has given me peace looking forward to this year!
