Creative force of the dark pits of hell, Penny Melgarejo is an illustrator, tattooist and sometimes a writer of RPGs from Madrid, Spain, and his works in the RPG scene includes covers and several illustrations for Gallant Knight games, Necrotic gnome, Old skull publishing, exalted funeral, Blackoath entertainment and many more. He usually self publish underground fanzines and is the mind and hands behind the settings of Death&doom and Blackthrone.
