[SPEAKER_00]: All right ladies, welcome back to another episode on the weight loss for women 40 plus podcasts with Josh now we are talking [SPEAKER_00]: about weight loss medications, we're talking about skills, we're talking about knowledge, how do you do it? [SPEAKER_00]: Are you all women over 40 trying to lose weight but you're not having a win?

[SPEAKER_00]: What the answer is yes, and it probably is, because you're on this podcast, and if you're on this podcast looking for financial advice while you are in the wrong place, that is not what we do. [SPEAKER_00]: So you're probably in the right place. [SPEAKER_00]: So let's dive into this. [SPEAKER_00]: Look. [SPEAKER_00]: The question, weight loss medication, taking, fucking boat loads of supplements, taking drops, doing whatever the fucking hocus pocus trend of the week is.

[SPEAKER_00]: Is that the best way to lose the weight you want to lose? [SPEAKER_00]: You and I both know the answers already. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not the best, the best modality, the best vehicle you can choose to run your weight loss course through. [SPEAKER_00]: look. [SPEAKER_00]: At the end of the day, it comes down to two very simple things. [SPEAKER_00]: It comes down to the skills that you have and the knowledge that you have as well.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you knew what I knew, you would have all of the weight issues solved. [SPEAKER_00]: That is simple as it. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not genetic. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not luck. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not my family history. [SPEAKER_00]: We're all being burned. [SPEAKER_00]: It ain't any of that shit. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not. [SPEAKER_00]: It comes down to the skills and the knowledge that you have right now. [SPEAKER_00]: And that is literally, you can say that for anything.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like if you had more skills and knowledge, could you run the 100 meter race faster than you run now? [SPEAKER_00]: If you had more skills and knowledge, would you be richer? [SPEAKER_00]: If you had more skills and knowledge, would you have a better relationship? [SPEAKER_00]: If you had more skills and knowledge, would your children have a better start in life? [SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely fucking yes to all of the above.

[SPEAKER_00]: Everything, every problem that we have right now that has to do with like you moving forward in your life comes down to skills and knowledge. [SPEAKER_00]: You want to make more money? [SPEAKER_00]: Up skill. [SPEAKER_00]: You want to have fucking less weight on the body? [SPEAKER_00]: Get the knowledge. [SPEAKER_00]: That is how we're going to win. [SPEAKER_00]: Now that's why I do this podcast.

[SPEAKER_00]: This podcast isn't, you know, me dancing around to fucking YouTube videos on TikTok, right? [SPEAKER_00]: Like, ah, doing the trend, fucking doing the dance, entertaining people. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, it's fucking. [SPEAKER_00]: It's good to watch. [SPEAKER_00]: David Raleigh, it's sucked into some good fucking videos myself. [SPEAKER_00]: Hit in the Instagram Explorfield. [SPEAKER_00]: See, a feeder. [SPEAKER_00]: But like, it's not going to solve your problem.

[SPEAKER_00]: Watching some fitness influence advancing is entertaining, watching them fucking create like a bullshit recipe. [SPEAKER_00]: It's good to save, but what we're fundamentally lacking are the skills and the knowledge that you need for this time of your life. [SPEAKER_00]: And what I mean is like simply, [SPEAKER_00]: Just understanding what exercise you should be doing. [SPEAKER_00]: How much? [SPEAKER_00]: What's the right amount? [SPEAKER_00]: What's the right order?

[SPEAKER_00]: Food, understanding how much you should be eating. [SPEAKER_00]: Again, how much? [SPEAKER_00]: What quantities? [SPEAKER_00]: What targets you need to hit? [SPEAKER_00]: It's not crazy, crazy fucking rocket science. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, when you actually get these skills of knowledge, and it really doesn't take long to learn, like a couple of weeks, and you can pretty much learn everything that you need to know about your weight loss journey.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hence why we have a weight loss coaching program. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, some people to have a weird, I guess, idea of what a coaching program is. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, and rightfully so, if you've worked with some absolute fucking dumbdums, and there are some fucking dumbdums out there, like, weight loss coaching isn't the biggest loser. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, you don't get fucking yelled at, like, in a coaching program.

[SPEAKER_00]: Well, hour, I'll talk about hour one, because I can't talk about other people. [SPEAKER_00]: You're not there to be belittled. [SPEAKER_00]: embarrassed, shamed, gilded, or fucking, talked at like a chart, like you just not. [SPEAKER_00]: That is not the idea of coaching. [SPEAKER_00]: And on the other end of the fucking stick, it's not to be sitting in a circle singing, come by fucking yeah, like this isn't a therapy fucking session.

[SPEAKER_00]: weight loss coaching is designed to fill the skill and knowledge gap that you have right now. [SPEAKER_00]: Like I mentioned, right now there's big like the grand canyon. [SPEAKER_00]: You're on one side and the body and goal is on the other side. [SPEAKER_00]: There's big fucking canyon between you and there.

[SPEAKER_00]: The only way to fill in the canyon is not to just jump over blindly and take some weight loss medications and fucking jammer, heap of fucking supplement standard gullet. [SPEAKER_00]: It's too [SPEAKER_00]: acquire the skills and get the knowledge and learn how to do it. [SPEAKER_00]: Because I promise you now, if you knew what I knew, if you knew what our coaches knew, you would not have a weight loss problem. [SPEAKER_00]: No different to me.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like if I knew what Elon Musk knew, I'd be able to build a rocket. [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's that simple. [SPEAKER_00]: It can be learned. [SPEAKER_00]: Anybody can learn these things. [SPEAKER_00]: takes longer for others to grasp concerts and other people like, you know, 90% the way that. [SPEAKER_00]: So like, there's a theme of these podcasts. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not entertainment. [SPEAKER_00]: It's knowledge. [SPEAKER_00]: I want to impart the knowledge that I have.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I guarantee if you listen from podcast one to podcast whatever 370 this is or whatever, you'd be a much more educated individual in this realm.

[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you're not going to go, you're not going to find any fucking how to replace a car motor in here and how to find the perfect partner, that's not the podcast, that's not what I do, but you're going to find weight loss advice, skills and knowledge for women over the age of 40, not for 29 year olds, not for men, but for women over 40, because that's all we do. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't know about you, but I'm not going to take my Mercedes to a fucking Ford dealership.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm just not, like, and you're probably not going to take your Ford to a fucking Volkswagen dealership. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, it doesn't make any fucking sense. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, you're going to take the car that you have to someone who actually has some fucking idea of what they're going to do. [SPEAKER_00]: They're like, okay, this Mercedes, I take Mercedes dealership or a trusted Mercedes operator. [SPEAKER_00]: They're like, yep, this is what I do.

[SPEAKER_00]: This is my specialty, European. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, but this is what people aren't doing and they're not playing the same advice when it comes to their weight loss. [SPEAKER_00]: They're like, I'm just going to go to a fucking gym and I'm just going to work out with the local 19 year-old or you're finding some fucking 16 year-old on the internet. [SPEAKER_00]: You're like, I'm just going to listen to what they say. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, it's fucking different.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's a reason we don't work with blocs. [SPEAKER_00]: The body, like men's weight loss is so fucking easy. [SPEAKER_00]: So fucking easy. [SPEAKER_00]: Anything works for men. [SPEAKER_00]: 99 times out of 100 for blocs, it's just eating less food.

[SPEAKER_00]: get them into a nice calorie deficit and they're off like men's bodies really 18 to like 60 65 it doesn't change too much like as long as you're not a bit of a fucking you know bit retarded with your body and you haven't got an absolutely crazy it doesn't really change that much [SPEAKER_00]: Whereas women, holy shit, you don't preach in the converted, I get it. [SPEAKER_00]: But like, pregnancy is different, a non-pregnancy.

[SPEAKER_00]: Forty is different or 20, and fucking 65's different or 40. [SPEAKER_00]: Like you go through so many changes. [SPEAKER_00]: So I didn't like randomly create this company for no fucking reason. [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's very specifically niche down to women over 40. [SPEAKER_00]: because ladies, I don't know if you know this and you probably don't because you haven't geeked out on it, but women 40 to 65 years old in Australia, it's like 12, 13% of the population.

[SPEAKER_00]: So meaning here's the thing, here's the kicker, traditional weight loss advice is built for the masses, and it works for the masses, like 80% of people, but you ladies are not in the masses. [SPEAKER_00]: So if you're 40 to 65 years old as a female, you are accounting for 12% of the population, meaning 92% roughly people are going to have different weight loss to you.

[SPEAKER_00]: And you're wondering why, like it doesn't work when you go to the gym at the bunch of 20 reps, wondering why it doesn't work when you do the same program as men. [SPEAKER_00]: This is the reason why, because you're not the same, you're not. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to work, don't try it. [SPEAKER_00]: Even if your husband's doing something, don't do it. [SPEAKER_00]: You need something built for you. [SPEAKER_00]: Nice and simple.
